If you need to request an exchange, please follow these steps. The first change is free and you have 30 days to request it from the moment you receive the product.
1 - Firstly, you should go to our exchange form, which you can find on the website right below. You will need the same email address you used for the purchase and your order number as well (you can find it on your confirmation email: e.g US1234).
2 - You have to prepare the products you want to exchange by placing them in the original box, including the delivery note in the inside. If missing, you can print out the order confirmation email. The delivery note is essential for us in order to be able to correctly register the products as received.
3 - Here are some easy steps.
1. Preparation of the product that will be exchanged: put the original product in the original box, if possible. If not, please ensure that the product is properly wrapped and packaged. We need to see the code number in order to facilitate the return process once the package arrives at the warehouse.
2. Pick-Up point: upon receiving your request, we will send you a return label for you to print. You will have to deliver the product(s) to the nearest pick-up point of the courier company. 3. Purchase Code: within 48-72 hours you will receive a code, just for one use, for a new product purchase. The amount of the code will be worth the same as the original order.
