If you need to request a return, please follow the following steps. Returns are free and you have 30 days after you received the articles to make your request.
1 - Firstly, you should go to our returns form, which you can find on the website right below. You will need the same email address you used for the purchase and your order number as well (you can find it on your confirmation email: e.g US1234).
2 - You have to prepare in the original box the article you want to return, including the delivery note in the inside; if missing, you can print out the order confirmation email. It is essential that we receive the delivery note so there is no problem registering your return.
3 - Here are some easy steps:
- Preparation of the product that will be returned: put the original product(s) in the original box, if possible. If not, please ensure that the product(s) are properly wrapped and packaged. We are not responsible for products damaged in the shipping & handling in the return process. It is essential to introduce inside the box the purchase note, otherwise, the confirmation e-mail. We need to see the code number in order to facilitate the return process once the package arrives at the warehouse.
- Pick-Up point: upon receiving your request, we will send you a return label for you to print. You will have to deliver the product(s) to the nearest pick-up point of the courier company.
- Refund: in a period of a maximum of 10 business days from the time that the product is returned to us, processed, and accepted, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be returned via the original payment used. We will notify you once the return is processed and the refund is on its way to you.
